Arcadia Security is a division of Clot Intelligence Agency, LLC and is a Private Security Contractor that provides security and risk management solutions to private persons, private business & government agencies.  Founded in 2002, Clot Intelligence Agency primarily provided private investigation services with only a few uniformed security officer locations in and around Portland, Oregon.  Today we are an all encompassing provider of uniformed & plain clothed security professionals, private investigators & military assistance operatives with training and experience in personal protection.
