Sam Urias is the Training Instructor for Clot Intelligence Agency & Arcadia Security Department.
Mr. Urias enlisted in the United States Marin Corps as a young adult and served honorably for several years.
After the Marine Corp, Urias was hired on as a Special Agent with the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). Sam worked many years in this capacity before deciding he wanted to settle down in the Northwest.
Mr. Urias chose to become a Police Officer and was then hired on with the Hillsboro, Oregon Police Department. During Sam's employment with Hillsboro Police he has held many positions, ranging from a Patrol Officer, a Detective and even SWAT Team Member and Instructor.
Urias was instrumental in the training and development of the Hillsboro Police Department helping to bring the agency into the 21st century. With Sam's training, experience and knowledge he is often requested by Law Enforcement Agencies in the Northwest and beyond to help in the development and training of their officer's.
After 17 years with the Hillsboro Police Department Urias has retired from law enforcement duties and has began his next life’s pursuit with Clot Intelligence Agency, LLC. With Sam’s training, experience and knowledge he is able to better equip our staff above all other companies to provide the services our clients are wanting and looking for.
