Arcadia Security is the division of CIA that provides the more traditional uniformed and plain clothed security officers and courtesy/security patrol services.
Arcadia Security has been designed to provide a security & safety program that meets and exceeds all desired expectations that any client could ever have. Many other security companies that on the outside look or claim to be similar to CIA say they provide the same services that Arcadia Security does. Unfortunately for any company that ends up doing business with one of these other security companies, more often then not, they find out very quickly that it just isn’t true!
Anyone looking to find a security company to provide their business with services will very quickly see that all security companies claim to provide “the best” services or to be “the biggest” or have “the lowest rates”. Because of this it makes choosing the right security company sometimes very difficult. With this understanding CIA has opted not to do direct advertising. We have grown and thrived off of our reputation, referrals from current clients and direct contact with potential new clients. We feel by removing ourselves from the pack and giving potential clients a better understanding of our company through direct contact is just one of the reasons why Arcadia Security truly can claim to be “One of The Best”!

Through management experience and product development we have created 4 main objectives that we feel gives Arcadia Security the edge when providing our clients with services.

1st: Provide a Superior Appearance
To this effect, CIA has sparred no expense in providing its officers with Top of The Line – 5.11 Uniforms, Equipment & Vehicles. Arcadia Security officers are outfitted with authentic law enforcement uniforms that bear the officers name, a specially designed company shoulder patch and a custom metal breast badge. Arcadia Security officers are also supplied with law enforcement tested duty gear. When it comes to our Patrol Fleet Arcadia Security has become the industry leader in professional appearance and quality. Our fleet consists of late model Chevy Impalas and Dodge Chargers with custom reflective graphics that bear our name and logo. These vehicle come equipped with Mobil Data Terminals (laptops) so that each officer is able to access the most current client information immediately.
2nd: Recruit a Seasoned Staff of Professionals
Candidates for employment are chosen from the same employment pool that our competitors choose from. However, CIA ensures that we only employ the best professionals available by offering the Highest Pay Rates in the industry and by having a very extensive and rigorous employment process. With these two key features we are able to ensure that officers we employ are not just looking for a quick job, but rather a long term career that is almost impossible to find in our industry. Unfortunately, the security industry is often times referred to by the people who work in it as “the velcro patch industry”. This is because most security companies will hire anyone looking for a job. Because of this many of the same people who work in the security industry will have worked for almost every security company in their market. This poses a real problem to clients because these same people often do not show any company loyalty to their employer or their employers clients making internal theft through your security company a real possibility!

Arcadia Officers wear the Black Uniform as Standard Issue for both Patrol and On-Site Services. However Arcadia does offer Optional Uniforms for certain On-Site facilities to meet any look or need.

| 3rd: Design a Service Program That Sets Higher Industry Standards
Because every security provider claims to provide the same services and be “the best”, CIA has recognized that the only way to set itself apart from its competitors is by having a superior service. CIA was created by, designed by and is operated by Law Enforcement & Military professionals. With this advantage the structure of Arcadia Security, starting from its recruitment and selection process and over to its training program has all be mirrored after time tested law enforcement programs. Operations and services are structured using police procedures and techniques, giving our clients true value and the piece of mind they are looking for.
4th: Provide Superior & Immediate Management Support
With this commitment, CIA management is “directly” available to its clients 24/7 – 365. In addition, CIA has dedicated an after hours Security Dispatch center. With our dispatch center available to clients, client residents and vendors we are able to provide immediate service and support to any client facility no matter the time or day. Unfortunately, most other companies require that you leave a message on a machine and wait for someone to call you back, which can sometimes take several hours or even days!
